Creed Aventus Review – Is It Worth the Money?

Creed Aventus Review

Scent Profile

First Impression

Creed Aventus smells amazing from the first spray. It has a peppery, woody, and spicy scent that immediately stands out. I understand why it's considered one of the most popular luxury fragrances.

Longevity

On my skin, Creed Aventus becomes very faint after about 3 hours. It doesn't completely disappear, but it turns into a very close-to-the-skin fragrance.

On my clothes, I can still smell it, but only if I'm holding my shirt close to my nose. It isn't something that leaves a scent trail throughout the day.

Projection

For me, the projection is disappointing. It doesn't fill a room or get many compliments because people have to be standing very close to notice it. It's more of an intimate fragrance than a loud one.

Is It Worth the Price?

Personally, I don't think so.

For the price Creed charges, I expected much better longevity and projection.

Instead, I reach for Armaf Club de Nuit Intense Man. To my nose, it smells very similar after the opening, lasts around 10 hours on my skin, and I can still smell it on my clothes a couple of days later.

At a fraction of the price, Armaf gives me much better value.

Pros

  • Amazing scent

  • Smooth peppery, woody, and spicy fragrance

  • High-quality ingredients

Cons

  • Becomes faint after about 3 hours on my skin

  • Very close-to-the-skin projection

  • Expensive for the performance

Raw Verdict

Creed Aventus smells incredible, but performance matters. On my skin, it simply doesn't last or project well enough to justify the price. If you're looking for a fragrance with a very similar vibe and much better value, I'd recommend checking out my review of Armaf Club de Nuit Intense Man.
